How was he not laughed out of the room? A snob for wanting everyone to have the ability to go to college?? And they are applauding this?!?

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

This was the most ridiculous statement ever. I don’t understand how people can take him seriously. Honestly, though, he SCARES me.

The fact is that you can’t count on a lifelong manufacturing job any more. It’s not snobbery, it’s the way the economy is these days. The people in the Midwest (where he is campaigning) must know that! I’m sure Santorum wants his kids to go to college ….

He scares me too. It just makes me so sad more than anything. Sad about humanity that someone like this has so many supporters. It’s just so hard to understand. Also sad that I have had to “unsubscribe” from so many Facebook friends because of their constant status updates in support of this person.

And I’m pretty sure the idea isn’t to force every single child in the country into college, but just to provide better opportunities. If you really want to get into college but you’re two millimeters below the bar, well, we’d still like to give you a chance. That’s a far cry from tattooing every child at birth with the government’s chosen college.

In the real world everyone doesn’t have the ability to attend college- that’s the fact jack.

Sure, that may be true, but they should at least live in a world where they can try if they want and not be called a snob for it.

Anyone and everyone should have the ABILITY to attend college if they CHOOSE.

    Case closed. End of story.
