Just go to bed! Seriously, you are TIRED! Who cares if it’s only 9:30? Your body is telling you you need sleep.


Anyway, of you try to keep yourself up any later you are just going to snack your way through the night. Is it really worth it? The posts can be written tomorrow and the emails aren’t going anywhere. Go to bed early and hit the ground running. Your body will thank you for it tomorrow.

    Good advice! I’ll be taking that once my hour is up for work. Get off at 10 pm and I’ll get to bed shortly after.

    Do you think I can sleep long enough so that when I wake up it will be Spring and I won’t FREEZE. TO. DEATH. when I go for a run tomorrow?!

    Maybe I’ll wait til Thursday when it’s NOT that cold. :(

    Get your sleep honey,you don’t have to be perfect in everything. You should listen to your body when it tells you you’re tired. Don’t let that demon that drives you to always be perfect rob you of living your life. It’s that fine line between doing everything and doing nothing that we are all striving for. I know I always had to be perfect in weight management or doing nothing in weight management. I was always afraid that if I stacked off even a little I would return to the undisciplined heavy unhappy person I was. I am striving now to reach the middle ground in things I do and not let fear drive me. That’s my ramble for the day.

    Morning Roni…..good on you!! I wish I had gone to bed when I felt tired last night….instead I stayed up and turned a really good eating day into a disaster. On my drive in to work this morning I was asking myself..”why didn’t you just go to bed???” Today I am going to buy myself a good book (this is always a real treat for me)and on that first feeling of being tired I am going to bed with my book….no matter what needs to be done…it will all be there tomorrow anyways! Hope you had a great sleep!

    I try to stay up until 11 or 12 unless I’m absolutely dying, as otherwise I wake up at 2 and am up for an hour or two before falling back asleep, or I wake up at 4, done for the night. Waking up at 4 not so bad, but being up in the middle of the night makes it hard to get up in the morning. My body doesn’t like and won’t take more than 6 hours of sleep. Lucky me, in some ways, but impractical in others.
