WHAT is with the food/unwind connection? Listen, you do NOT need to eat to relax at the end of the day. This habit needs to stop. And be honest, it’s all habit. You aren’t hungry. You aren’t thirsty. You are simply looking for some reward for wrapping up the day and getting the kids in bed.
Here’s the thing, the “reward” doesn’t need to be a mindless munching out of the pantry. It can be a bath or a cup of tea or heck, go to BED! You can use the sleep!
