Disconnected
I’m feeling disconnected tonight. Not sure why and I’m just not into talking about it. Sometimes I get into a funk and there’s no real explanation. I think a good night of sleep will work wonders.
Anyway, I don’t want to be a downer. I posted some fun stuff on my others blogs so I’ll leave you with a few links.
On Baby’s First Year, I posted a new Baby Food Adventure and some really cute Etsy finds for Thanksgiving.
On GreenLiteBites I have that red pepper soup idea up and I’m uploading a video about butternut squash while I type this. It should be up tomorrow. Oh! and I posted Little Guy’s lunch.

I find that feeling disconnected can come from anything from hormones, the weather, a disagreement with my husband, seeing a sad story on the news, too much laundry…. etc. The good thing is that you recognize that it won’t last. I hope you are feeling more cheery soon! :)
When I am feeling blah or down, either I sing (you can’t be angry or sad when you sing) or I get out the Just Dance! for the Wii and move! It works every time. Hope today is a better day for you!
I don’t know if it is something about this time of year, but on all the websites and blogs that I frequent, people are talking about losing motivation and struggling with fitness or weight loss. It is great that we have an outlet to vent about it and recognize it for what it is. Hang in there!

Some days are just blah days. Try: a nice bubble bath, a walk, and a great night sleep? Ok, I seriously love the school-food-photos before and after. They crack me up, especially the recent Halloween sandwich that came home with no raisin-eyes.
I was feeling today that sometimes it is harder to keep fit and eat healthy than it is being a parent. Not usually but sometimes…:)

It must be the weather change or something….I am the feeling the exact same way the last several weeks. I have eaten out way to much. I just feel like huge fat pig and the scale I will not go near it. Just so depressed and disgusted.
5 bucks its because of the time change! At least that’s why i was in a funk for a couple days and my fiance DEFINITELY was as well. Hope you are feeling better now.
