Wednesday Weigh In: Run More Weigh More–For Now

I started working out again. After a week off from all exercise I returned with the Zombie run (pics coming soon!) on Saturday, a run and core workout on Monday, a Body Combat class yesterday and a 3 mile run today. When I start to workout more the scale always creeps up a little.

It won’t last. I know this and if it does I don’t care. I rocked the workouts this week and I feel awesome!

Ok, got go! It’s my TV night!

    When I trained for my first marathon I gained 10 lbs… never felt better in my life but losing weight and training did not go hand in hand mainly because I was STARVING all of the time!

    I have the same problem! I like the way you don’t let that number discourage you, great job! Are you still tracking and counting? I’m having a hard time w new plan.

    Nope. Just doing my own thing. Not a fan of the new plan and I’m not the same person I was when I did flex the first time.

    Good for you! It’s not easy to strike that balance. It is my goal to be able to trust myself and my choices without having to worry about over doing it, I definitely find it harder to do while trying to lose

    i think that our muscles have more water retention when we’re working out. i bet you already do, but drink plenty of H2O.
