I started working out again. After a week off from all exercise I returned with the Zombie run (pics coming soon!) on Saturday, a run and core workout on Monday, a Body Combat class yesterday and a 3 mile run today. When I start to workout more the scale always creeps up a little.
It won’t last. I know this and if it does I don’t care. I rocked the workouts this week and I feel awesome!
