I took my first BodyPump class at my new gym, and it was AWESOME! Seriously the fastest, funnest strength based class I’ve taken in a long time.
The instructor was phenomenal as well. She was motivating without being annoying–if you know what I mean. At one point she blurted out…
The only way to get stronger is by pushing yourself when you don’t want to.
It really resonated with me.
How can we make progress if we don’t challenge ourselves? It reminds me of the quote…
“If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got.”
Besides working out, I was pretty productive today. I made and photo documented my adventure making baby food and shared some fun pictures of Little Guy on Poop Butterflies.
