No change this week, but I’m taking it as a total success. Between a Saturday date night with The Husband complete with margaritas and dessert and the HUGE chocolate cake he baked on Monday (long story – he had a craving) it could have been a lot worse.

I’m doing well on my training. Even though I missed my run today, I got in the weight training. I’m trying to stay flexibly consistent! ;)

  2. Sometimes staying the same is a victory! Wow I have been out of town for a couple of weeks and off the grid but I just saw your photo shoot photo and you look amazing, so beautiful and so fit. Way to go Roni!

  4. As long as you are consistent with your diet and workouts, you’ll see a change on the scale. There’s nothing wrong with taking a freebie day to eat anything you like, just don’t over eat. Wish you the best.

    I give you so much credit for always being SO POSITIVE. Seriously. If I could master that one thing, I truly believe I could be unstoppable. Try as I might – visualize….meditate…affirm… – my mean girl voices just won’t shut it. :(
