In my world people just get up and DANCE.
I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.
However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Are you still going to WW meetings? I have lost over 75 pounds and gained about 15 back. I have about 35 to go. I am just losing my momentum! I stopped going for a little bit and went back. Just don’t know if I feel it right now!
It IS what life is all about – you are SO right. We have beautiful friends who lost their beautiful 8 year old daughter in a tragic and sudden accident. They are the best parents ever. Their 8 year old little girl had the best life any child could wish for. Their lives involved lots park trips, weekend trips, vacations, and *not* putting the kids off to exercise (or obsess over food) for hours on end. It’s been a lesson to me to balance everything out. Yes, I’ve gotten healthy to be around for a very long time for my kids. But I don’t want to strive for health so much that I miss the here and now. I can’t even imagine every losing one of my children….but if the unimaginable were to happen, I refuse to live with regret that I didn’t live life to its fullest while I had them with me.
OMG Roni, LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!! Keep enjoying yourself!!! And thanks you for this!!
