This is a short clip of Breakfast with Bob at BlogHer’11. Right after I recorded this… I jumped up, introduced myself and gave him a copy of the GreenLiteBites book as a gift. It was SO cool!

I *heart* Bob! I took one of his spin classes out here at Crunch Fitness once. Even though it just about killed me, it’s still one of my all-time favorite workouts ever!

That is AWESOME that Bob was there!!!! I wish we had known about the BlogHer conference before so we could have been there!! We (my sisters-in-law and I) are making plans to be there next year for sure!!!!! Can’t wait to hear more about the conference!
