It’s amazing how much better I feel about myself when I’m eating good, healthy food.
Today, I made an effort to eat light and unprocessed. Coming off a week of eating out on vacation, I NEEDED it. I already feel better, almost lighter. It’s unbelievable how much difference a day can really make.

|1 egg/2 egg white omelet with zucchini and tomaote plus side of fresh blueberries||I’m going back to 1 egg/2 whites for my omeletes. It helps save a bit of calories and fat. This is how I made my eggs when I orignally lost the weight.|

|That’s it Bar||This is the bar I tried on vacation (click here to see one) It’s basically dried apple and pear. So good. I needed something before heading to the store. I didn’t want to be too hungry while shopping.|
|1 Mini Babybel Light||I was putting the groceries away and almost broke into the deli cheese, something I used to do on a regular basis. Instead, I grabbed a round. It totally hit the spot.|
