Little Bean was in a bit of a mood this afternoon.
I, on the other hand, have been feeling much better. I got a bit more sleep last night. Definitely not as bad as the 2 nights before. I’m actually writing this early and planning on hitting the hay in about an hour. So let me hurry up and just give you a few points….
1.) Kept a great food journal. Momentum is starting to take over again. See below.
2.) Took a quick 1 mile run. Tried to go as fast as could without stopping. Here’s where I am right now…
I’m shooting to "test" myself weekly. I’m hoping it will be motivating to see a progression in my speed.

|Chocoate Mint Quinoa||This was FABULOUS leftover and cold right out of the fridge. Must make more.|
|quick wrap made out of leftover chicken, salsa, lettuce and a bit of cheese.||I found some leftover chicken and whipped this up. It was a great lunch.|
|small dark chocolate bar||I don’t know. I just wanted to something sweet!|
|yogurt cup||After school snack with the little guy. He’s obsessed with my yoplaits!|
|Edamame, a salad, tuna based brown rice sushi and some lo mein||Out to dinner tonight. I just wasn’t in the mood to cook. :(|
