This may sound counterproductive for someone trying to LOSE weight but I’m ecstatic that I stayed the same this week.
Yup. No gain. No loss. Just maintained.
As I mentioned on Monday my eating was quite the disaster this weekend. I shaped up a bit after Monday which is why I think I didn’t see a gain. If I would have stayed on the path, I have no doubt the scale would have gone up.
Two things that always seem to work for me.
Anyway, I just wanted to post my weigh in update. I’m working on this weeks podcast. Hope to have it up in a few minutes. In the meantime here’s my food journal for today. Another snack-less night!
In other news (it was a baby focused day)…
|2 egg omelet w/ onion, peppers, zucchini, spinach and bacon bits||Trying to up my protien at breakast at least a few times a week. I’ve been gravitating towards the cereal lately.|
|Larabar||Hungry and wanting something substantial to hold me over until lunch.|
|Veggie burger with a slice of cheese and sweet pickes on sprouted bread.||I cooked it on the grill! Seriously, I’m obsessed.|
|A Chocolate VitaTop and a handful of Snapea Crisps||Went a little nutty with the Little Guy after school. I’ve always been a sucker for after school snacks.|
|Garden Salad, 2 chicken wings, and some of the husbands fries||Yes, we went out to dinner again. This time to a new local cafe.|
|Hot Green Tea||My substitute for snacks tonight. :)|
|At least a 1 mile walk with the family "wearing the baby" to dinner and the Little Guy’s Karate class|
|Kid vitamins and so so on the water. I really need to up my intake.|
