You are caught in the cycle again–waking up and thinking today is “the day.”
DAMN IT! When will you learn? There is no “day!” Everyday is “the day.”
Now go to bed. You’re stressed. Once you make it through this crazy weekend you can get back to basics, focus on a new schedule, and find your groove. You need to make time for your runs. Right now everyone’s being taken care of except you.
Oh and this doesn’t mean we are “starting on Monday” so don’t even think about it.
