Boy is it tough. I was finding a groove at home only to have the end of my week disrupted by a trip to Mom’s. In a good way but still, disruptive.
I’m doing my best to stay motivated, even sneaking a run in last night after the kids went to bed.
Tonight we are going out to eat and possibly visiting a local fair. I’m vowing NOT to abandon my food journal. It’s making a huge difference in my food consciousness, especially being out of my element.
Here’s yesterdays. Sorry I’m a day off. Was planning on posting last night but the Husband and I had to take advantage of built in babysitters. We don’t have that luxury at home. :)
