A New Playlist, My Food Journal and a Running Battle Scar

I totally biffed tonight.

I don’t even know how it happened. I was getting lost with Eminem. Trotting along, and then… whoa

Lost my footing.

I stumbled through the next three steps, not able to regain my balance, then down, face first towards the sidewalk I went.

I stopped myself with my hands, but my momentum still brought my shoulder and face towards the ground. Even my knee got scraped up a bit.

It shook me. I thought I was going to get a nasty headache but, I dusted myself off and finished the run, and now I feel FANTASTIC.

Even though I’m a klutz. ;)

Anyway, here’s my latest mix. I’m all over the place with this one. Some are explicit.

Oh! and here’s the run…

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Oh my! Well, at least you’ve got some cool battle scars to show off;-) I just added Lose Yourself this week to my playlist too! It really gets me going when I’m running. I also added Bullet with Butterfly Wings (Smashing Pumpkins) and some Muse. It feels good to change up my ipod. Well I’m glad you only got a few scrapes. I’m always afraid that I’m going to lose my footing and twist my ankle or do something that would put me out of commission!

I’m glad you went with f**k you, by ceelo. I was going to mention it when you tweeted asking for suggestions, but got distracted. Good run! I can’t wait to try the couscous. I need to buy some (more) and experiment with it.

I do that AT LEAST once a year, usually on the flattest, most perfect stretch of pavement imaginable. It was last week for me.

try falling off of your rode bike while clipped into the pedals:( OUCH! thank goodness no broken bones just a few bruises! get back up, dust yourself off and go again!

I’m loving all of the fruit in your menu! Sounds so good to me right now.

OUCH! I’m glad I’m not the only klutzy one out there on the streets. Wear your battle wounds with pride ;)

I once forgot apparently how to ride a bike, while I was riding it, and had a really REALLY bad fall. I bashed my head pretty hard. My parents were just mad at me that I wasn’t wearing my helmet.

Ouch is right! That deserves some healthy frozen banana ice-cream treat for sure.

Glad you are OK and didn’t twist anything. I am a klutz too and am famous for doing a face plant just walking.
