One Mom’s Journey from Fat to Skinny to Confident

JOURNAL

A 4 Picture Word-less Wednesday

I saw this at the grocery store today. Seriously? The only thing I can say is at least they are calling a spade a spade.

That’s me and the boys this Mother’s Day. I had a bit of a meltdown this morning and wrote this. I feel better and pretty much took the day off trying to catch up on sleep.

That’s a shot from a new recipe I’m working on for GreenLiteBites. I’m not ready to post it yet. Should be up by tomorrow night. Delish!

And finally. My EVIL cat. I posted the full picture on PoopButterflies. Just look at her.. it’s like she’s plotting the destruction of the universe.

I just didn’t have it in me to keep the food journal. I need sleep. Now.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Plotting? The plans are already in motion…we just don’t realize it yet. (cue evil laugh)

My mother always buys that magazine. Every cover has a diet on it. We laugh at all the weight we’d lose if we kept following their weekly diets. How we’d eventually melt like the witch in the Wizard of Oz! It really is a silly magazine in my opinion.

Ah, sleep! It never ceases to amaze me what a difference an uninterrupted night of sleep can make. Right now, we have a new puppy who needs to get up 2 or 3 times a night. Well, my husband and I decided to alternate nights getting up with her. Doing that, it is so easy to see the effect on your day! Get up several times a night, difficult day. Sleep all night, lovely day that just flows.

Wishing you days full of wonder and nights full of sleep!

How many people will buy that magazine because of that crash diet?
    That chicken dish looks tempting!
Hope you get caught up on your sleep-that is the worse part of having a new baby. I never did well with little to no sleep.

Better days are ahead Roni. Take care of yourself and put you on the top of your list!

Too funny. Your cat may have a plotting look in his eyes, but she is GORGEOUS!!! (just like my late tabby Raleigh! Who I lost just over a year ago, and I still miss him every day!) I hope you get some well deserved rest Roni. Take care!
