Note to Self…

You know, you really do have to sleep. It IS part of a healthy lifestyle.

Take tomorrow totally off. No twitter. No facebook. No email.

Just be.

You can use the rest. The world will not end.

Good job keeping the food journal. You were right it was time to change it up.

Food Notes
Uncle Sam Cereal with a side of canned peaches. Shared the peaches with Little Guy. LOVING the Uncle Sams!
The husband’s leftover baked zita from a resturant. Not the best lunch but he’ll never eat it and I didn’t want to through it away. Probably not the best reason.
A handful of pretzzels Again, the husband! He had them on his desk.
attune bar Craving something sweet and for 90 cals this can’t be beat!
small homemade burger on a whole wheat bun, a light hot dog bunles, sweet potato fries and sugar snap peas It was a yummy dinner. I make a really small burger for myself so I can enjoy both a burger and a hot dog. It’s kind of a summer tradition.
Kid Sized Frosty This was a treat for Little Guy and I when we walked back from karate
Larabar I’m hungry and this is an easy to grab snack before bed.
Walked 1.25 miles this morning with the baby in the carrier after Little Guy got on the bus

Walked Little guy to and from his karate class, about another 1.25 miles.

Again, not the best on the water front. I’m drinking some now to help. As for the vitamins I had some of Little Guys chewables.

Disclosure: Got free samples of Uncle Sames and Larabar at FitBloggin.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Your lunch made me remember a joke. It’s probably not funny in bad english, but still…
    DOC: Ma’am, you are obese.
LADY: Yes doc, I’m fat because of pity.
DOC: Fat because of pity? How’s that?
LADY: I keep saying “It would such a pity if this goes to waste, if this goes to the garbage….”

Uhm. Anyways, I have no idea of this life without tweeter or facebook you talk about. Is this life something you can buy, rent or what?

Enjoy the day off! Love your new food journal. I am using the Lose It app on the iPhone and really like it but you can’t make notes. :(
    Keep up the excellent work!

I have been using My Fitness Pal on my phone and the computer…. I like it – because it can scan barcode items for entry which makes it easy!

Journaling is the number one eye-opener for me…

    Enjoy your day off!

Enjoy your day off! No one deserves it more!
I love your food journal too. I track with Weight Watchers, but I like the detailed notes on why you ate what you ate;-) You are such an inspiration, as usual;-)

Regarding the Uncle Sam’s cereal – I’m glad you commented on it because I’ve seen it and heard others talk about it but haven’t tried it. I think it’s pretty reasonably priced at WalMart too. Do you have any other type of cereal you would say it compares to?

Have fun just being. Good idea. Everything will still be here tomorrow.

I’m planning a post about it. I’m not quite sure what I’d compare it too… It’s kind of like a flake but better.

It makes so much sense to take time off once in a while even from your training as your “diet” as I’ve found it gives you that much respite and you come back feeling stronger and more empowered than ever!

It doesn’t make sense to p keep pushing constantly and is in fact counterproductive!

    Great article dude!
