Weekend Quote: You Deserve to Be Happy!

10 Comments 1348 views

This made me cry in a happy, smiling, feel good kind of way. I’m not even going to muck it up with my own words. It’s a MUST see…

The quote at the end of the movie…

Be who you are! Love yourself! Eat, dance, laugh, do what you’re good at! Have Fun! You are beautiful. You deserve to be happy!

The woman in the video is Annie Elainey. She has a blog, a facebook page and you can follow her on twitter here.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Do you know how freeing it would be to have the confidence to film that piece? Wow…we should all feel that good about ourselves, no matter the size!

This was totally what I needed to hear right now. This weekend has just been a journey for me of realizing I somehow slipped into waaaaaaay too much negative self-talk and I’ve been taking it to heart and all of a sudden I was just become insecure in every aspect of my life. So I needed a boost in general self-worth. I spent the last couple hours watching all her videos. This girl is INSPIRING and she makes the solution seem so obvious. Thank you for posting this.

    Roni,
Thanks so much for using your site as a conduit to sharing this.

    Annie,
So powerful – your message, you confidence, YOU!! I love how you are embracing YOU, as you are (it is all deeply beautiful…).

What an awesome girl! I woke up this morning feeling totally blah about myself b/c of how I ate the last two days and just wanting to go back to bed and forget about it. I’m glad I watched this, I feel a lot better and I’m ready to go about my day feeling good about myself. It’s a new day. Thanks for posting this!!

WOW! So powerful! I adore her attitude and envy her a little bit. She actually just made me feel better about myself. I’ve lost 25 lbs and I’m OK. Period. No more obsessing about how much more is left. I’ll be OK for today (at least) thanks to her.

I’m so glad you posted this Roni! :)
