30 Best GreenLiteBite Recipe Ideas from 2010

10 Comments 1955 views

Top 30 recipe ideas from GreenLiteBites in 2010. I can’t believe I got 30! I’m always surprised how much I cook when I look through the archives.

You’ll notice a couple of notes about recipes that will be in the book. YES the GreenLiteBite’s book is ALMOST done. I’m at the last pass with the editor and then I’ll be self-publishing through amazon. I hope to have it available by the end of January. It’s been a labor of love and I’m freaking out about it. It’s only about 60 ideas, some of my favorites of the last 3 years, but it’s full color and super pretty. :) You can see a sneak peak of the cover here. I’ll keep you posted on it’s progress. In the meantime may I present my 2010 GreenLiteBites! :) Did I post your favorite?

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

I missed a lot of these. The Wasabi Salmon one looks right up my alley and is going on the menu for this weekend.

I can’t wait for the book.

I love those spinach calzones, but I also really enjoyed all the ways you used your CSA veggies this year. I’ll refer back as those vegetables are in season again!

My goal is to be your first purchaser of the book (other than your family and friends)…I should say your first “internet supporter” purchaser! Can’t wait!

I’m doing the pizza casserole this weekend…but I notice the London Broil followed by the Philly Cheese steaks didn’t make it, and I have made that multiple times :).
