Wordless Wednesday: 275 Pounds Lost in Two Years, Two Months, and A Day.

This warrants a FEW words… Click here to meet the amazing Sean, A fellow weight loss blogger that journaled his entire weight loss.

Listen to the amazing story of how he started and the plan he devised for himself (eerily similiar to my WW experience)…

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Thank you so much, my friend! I’m honored to be on your page!!!

It always makes me smile when someone who has had amazing success, like you, says that what I’ve experienced is ‘similar” to their experience—It absolutely reminds me, that–yes–I’m on and continue to be on—The right track.

My best always–health and happiness to you,

Wow, what an inspirational story! I love the quote, how true, there is no someday, today is the day. It reminds me of my favorite line from Dr. Seuss: “Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So… get on your way.” Thanks for sharing Sean’s story and for being such a true inspiration yourself :)

Thanks for sharing Sean’s interview. I love the part about keeping it simple. That is exactly what my approach was. I was so easily overwhelmed by diets that just counting calories was my key to success. What an inspirational guy, I loved listening to his story!

Love-love-love that interview! He said so many things that set off lightbulbs in my head — especially the part about making things too complicated. I still tend to do that. But I took notes during the interviews — loads of great information.
