One Mom’s Journey from Fat to Skinny to Confident

Note to Self…

Admit it… You are TIRED. There’s no shame in it. Go to bed. Work will be there tomorrow. The kitchen will still be dirty tomorrow. The inbox? The laundry? The to-do list? All ready and waiting for you to tackle AFTER a good night of rest.

Go upstairs. Get on your PJs. BRUSH YOUR TEETH. And Go to bed. It’s just as important as eating good food and moving more.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Roni, I feel you! I have many emails to respond to, laundry to do, and luckily, I made time for the dishes, but there’s always, one last thing to add to the blog. But you’re so right, I’m tired, I’ve got 2 miles to do in the morning. Good Night :-)

I hear you… I’m so tired right now as I read this that I wish I could go to bed. :) (I have a little baby who won’t let that happen any time soon though.)

Yup, have been thinking lots about this, and I wrote a recent post about housework and how my standards have dropped (which is a good thing). Sleep is so important, and hard to get. Thanks for the reminder.
