		<description>I needed to read this today, I signed up for a 10mi race in Oct. and I am terrified! Your post made me reflect on how far I&#039;ve come in the past two years with exercise and I realized that I need to just do the training (I start Monday too) and trust myself that I can do this!</description>

		<description>The biggest part of any task is the preparation - and you have that well under control!  How exciting for you!   Can&#039;t wait to see how it goes!  I&#039;m a bit envious...  Had a ham string strain so can&#039;t run the rest of the summer...  I&#039;m so bummed!</description>
