5 Years ago today I stepped into Weight Watchers, kept my very first food tracker and had my last "Day 1." Click here to read my story and here to see pictures while I lost the weight. And yes.. if you can make it out.. my first meal on my very first day of Weight Watchers was Lucky Charms with 1% milk. Boy have I come a long way! lol

    I still have my first day in my etools and it baffles me what I ate. No wonder my stomach hurt with my IBS.

    Wow! Five years. Good for you. I recently came upon one of my WW weigh-in booklets from when I had reached lifetime several years ago. It was depressing because I stopped going then and stopped following the plan and gained the weight back. Just one more in my series of yo-yos.

    Congrats. You should be very, very proud.

    Too funny on the Lucky Charms and btw the roasted radishes rock and I am addicted. They taste like potatoes I like them with alittle ketchup. Yum! Keep up the good work.

    Just wanted to say, thank you so so so so so much for blogging about your experiences! I’ve been on Weightwatchers for 2 weeks now, had my first weigh in last night, and I lost 10 lbs in my first 2 weeks! I’m sooooooo happy! I couldn’t have done it without reading your blog for inspiration, so thanks again!
