It’s been a loooong day. Actually, it’s been a long week! But I didn’t want to go to bed without posting a Thursday Thoughts post. I’m trying to get back into the groove with them. So here goes.. excuse my shortness and what I’m sure is more typos then normal, …

Ok, here’s the food journal. I got to go! Running clothes are on and I need a good night sleep for my 6 miles tomorrow morning!

Food Units
~*~*~thursday~*~*~
breakfast was some shredded wheat with blueberries and light choc soy milk
just had a 4oz yogurt cup
lunch was out at the cafeteria.. big salad, half of turkey sand and a piece of cake thanks to little guy
had some juice after donating blood and a bite of cookie.
make that a whole cookie… duuuude they are yummy.
dinner was some ham, sweet potato fries and roasted brussels sprouts
sugar free pudding cup and some choc soy milk – getting choc fix without going nuts on the chocolate for the 3rd day in a row.

    Today I did the day 1 of week 7 from the couch-potato-to-5K and may I add it’s all your fault! I hated running (I might still hate it a bit) but your posts about running and a little question you answer me in the formspring.me page (I bet you forgot about your formspring page again!) made me try a little run. Next thing I know I signed to a 6K, spend a lot of money in running shoes and gear and use my Iphone to track my rutes. So now I’m running 4K without stopping and have almost a month to add up 2 more K’s. It is a lot fun!

    Wohoo for the 6K and the 6 miler! There’s a 5K this weekend. I’m still debating whether or not to do it because I have 3 races in May. Bah. Running is addicting.

    And yummy kettle corn :)
