Note to Self. . .

The cake, cookies, nachos and enormous order of glorious deep fried onion rings did not set the tone for the entire weekend. You ate good food today. You indulged in some treats. There is no need for guilt or shame. Pat yourself on the back for a good run this morning. Get to bed early and enjoy your morning at the gym tomorrow. You have a fun active weekend planned. Enjoy it!

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

That’s so true. One slip up does not ruin everything.

You shouldnt worry about being the perfect image of healthy eating. That’s not why we follow you. We keep reading because you are a real person, who happen to over eat easter chocolate eggs. Come’on, who didnt? Thtas why we love you, your “falls” are a resemblance of our “humanity weakness” and we love to see our own faults on celebrities (yeah, you are a celebrity, a blog celebrety that’s it)

That’s the way to think! Keep doing what you’re doing, because you are a great inspiration. :)

Great mindset. We have have those moments of indulgence and we shouldn’t feel guilty. Just enjoy it and then get right back to healthy living!

I feel you. I indulged in some Sonic yesterday but recalculate my calories and stayed in range. Felt like a huge feat! Especially since I was craving some serious sour patch kids. Those damn kids.

Everyone deserves to have one of those days once in a while… especially when you work so hard all of the other days
