Most important of all remember to have fun, you deserve it. You have done all the planning that you can, now is the time to enjoy what you have created.

Ok, when I first read that food journal, I thought to myself, "wow, how long is her walk from the computer to the printer that she had time to eat a banana on the way". And THEN, duh!, I got it :-) Oh and I concur with everyone else, swedish fish=yummy.

Swedish Fish are probably one of the better candies you could eat. They're low fat right!!? Plus they're delicious.

I was just reading something Karen Koenig wrote and she said when referring to food to use the words nutritious vs non-nutritious (rather than good or bad)--she said it takes the judgement/morality out of it. I like that idea. I do have my days where most of what I eat is non-nutritious, but I can usually figure out why I am wanting/eating those foods (stress, social eating, etc.--all "normal" reasons to eat non-nutritiously!).

You are absolutely right, they were just Swedish fish! Oh all right, you know they are not healthy food, but did you enjoy them? Yes! So you shouldn't beat yourself up about it. It was just a handful you enjoyed compared to a whole day of fresh healthy food. If it were the other way round, then you should worry. ;)
