I’m tired!

Mom snapped this picture of me on her cell phone at dinner. . .

Roni tired after FitBloggin

I’m exhausted after 2 days of FitBloggin’. EXHAUSTED but happy, excited, and relieved with a little overwhelmed mixed in. I seriously could NOT have had a better time and I can NOT wait to share some thoughts and pictures with you but honestly, I need sleep.

We’ll catch up later. Promise. :)

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

For you will be known throughout the land as Queen Ronista the fitbloggin diva. I don’t even know what that means but hey, I’m tired and had to give you one last shout for the amazing job you did!! Clap…clap…clap!

Poor thing! I couldn’t attend (I live in very very far away country) but I was following the hashtag #fitbloggin in twitter all day! So jealous of the people who could made it! I heard that you got a lot of applause at the end, so happy for you! From today, you’re not just Roni, maybe TITAN-roni or SUPER-roni? UBER-roni?

Just rest and have your yoga early tomorrow. Then, have a bubble bath. Later, after puttin fitbloggin behind a few hours, after playing with the toddler-the kid- aka ryan, take a deep breath and think about this, if you may:

All of you bloggers about health and exercise are, indeed, a community. And in that community some of you are leaders. Maybe because some have more visitors, more clicks, more anything. Until yesterday, you were a part of the leaders, one of those who *made it* in the fitness blogging. If healthy blogging was a beast, you were one of its five or ten heads.

Then you had to have this crazy idea of fitbloggin. Dude, you just become the alpha male, or at least went up a whole lot of positions. The big dudes in fitness blogging are now looking up to you. U R BIG MAMMA right now. Enjoy it, ride it, work it! You’re like Frodo – guess who has the freaking magic ring in her hands!!!!!

Like so many others, I couldn’t make it to FitBloggin this weekend, but have loved reading about all the wonderful events and the incredible community you gathered. Take some time to rest up and recharge, but then of course I would love to read your recap as well….. Congrats!!

Sleep – you deserve it! Just wanted to check in and tell you that while I wasn’t there this weekend…you were with me. At least in my mind…Let me explain! I did it!!!! I ran a 5K!!!!! ok…walk-ran, but I finished strong! And you were with me!!! I just started back my walking routine a couple of weeks ago and my freshman son kinda challenged me to start jogging with him at the beginning of last week – so I thought why not? I’ll give it a shot! His school had a 5K, we signed up and ran on Saturday. My goal was just to complete the run…I didn’t think I would even be competitve. But I came in 2nd in the 40-49 age group!!! It’s my first run – but I’m pretty sure it won’t be my last! When I got to the 2 mile mark – I had been jogging for a while and I was getting tired…Then I thought of you and I could almost hear you cheering me on…So, I say THANKS!!! You make a difference in so many lives every day! Never doubt that!
