101 Optimal Life Foods - Slow Cooker Sweet Potatoes

Ok. This requires SOME words! :) YES! That is one of my GreenLiteBite recipes on a page of a BOOK! Not my book but Dave Grotto’s 101 Optimal Life Foods. I met Dave at the Quaker Weekend back in 2008 where I annoyed the crap out of him asking question after question. Some how, even after that, he agreed to be the keynote at FitBloggin’10.

Seven of my ideas are featured in the book…

I have to admit. This is giving me some CookBook Confidence! :~D

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Nice job!!! I’m one to get excited over a church cookbook, but this is monumental! Way to go!!
You need to get on with the cookbook already! ( in your non-existent spare time, naturally) I have put together a binder with stuff printed off your site. ( some from before the ‘crash’) The pages are getting ratty!! ;P
