Weekend Quote: Momentum
January 17, 2010
Day 2 of more structure for me and I can FEEL my momentum shifting. Even with eating out twice in 2 days and a ton of things to accomplish on my to do. There’s something about simply deciding to stop making excuses. That’s what I did and I think I’m getting my groove back.
This quote sums it up perfectly. . .
Getting momentum going is the most difficult part of the job, and often taking the first step is enough to prompt you to make the best of your day.
-Robert J. McKain
I have a bunch of things I’d love to blog about but honestly, it’s time for bed. I’m really making an effort to get more sleep. I think it’s helping my overall outlook as well. :)
Here’s the day’s food journal. . .

Nothing like getting momentum going, geting into a good routine and putting one foot in front of the other to start feeling your best again. Way to go! … I think I’ll take a note from you and go to bed early. :)

It’s the getting started that’s hard. But once you get going, it becomes pretty easy.
