Day 2 of more structure for me and I can FEEL my momentum shifting. Even with eating out twice in 2 days and a ton of things to accomplish on my to do. There’s something about simply deciding to stop making excuses. That’s what I did and I think I’m getting my groove back.

I have a bunch of things I’d love to blog about but honestly, it’s time for bed. I’m really making an effort to get more sleep. I think it’s helping my overall outlook as well. :)

1/2 of the little guys grilled cheese with ham on whole wheat #tep 4
mcd’s southwest grilled salad (no dressing) 2 nuggets and some fries split with the family #tep 11
quick wrap with laughing cow , hamm mustard and a 1 point tortilla #tep 4

    YAAY for more sleep! That was my new years resolution… not doing so well this weekend… 11:45 p.m. now. I want to catch up on your blog though! =) Thanks for doing this! I’ve been a silent reader until tonight!
