		<description>OMG! I do the EXACT same thing.  Once I recognized that I was eating because I was tired, and I allowed myself to just go to sleep, no matter what time it was, losing weight was a lot easier!</description>

		<description>I have often fed my tiredness instead of just going to bed. It is a learning curve, this thing of figuring out when am I acutally hungry verses is it something else? Being an emotional eater, food is the first think I reach for to fix whatever feels broken. It takes practice to stop and ask myself what I am really feeling and what do I need.

Kudos to you for knowing the difference.</description>

		<description>This one thought has helped me alot lately - in the evening I want to munch and munch ... I now make myself think about it. Am I hungry? Am I tired? Am I bored? - most of the time its bordom!  And unless Im actually hungry then I dont give in - sometimes just a nice glass of hot tea will do the trick. It has really helped me stay away from my weekly extra points that I used to use entirely and mainly from night time!</description>

		<description>Exactly! I&#039;m glad you went to bed! The other night I was in the same situation. I had spent the entire day (11AM - 8:30PM) at my daughter&#039;s high school making, sorting, fitting, altering and repairing costumes for their musical opening tonight. When I got home and sat in the living room with the husband, all I could think of was a bowl of cereal. It was after 9PM by then. But, like Roni, I realized I was not necessarily hungry, just tired. I listened to my tired old body and went to bed instead. I felt much better in the morning and had no guilt over having eaten that bowl of cereal. And, you better believe, if I&#039;d eaten cereal the night before, it would have Reese&#039;s Peanut Butter Puffs NOT Puffed Wheat!</description>
