You have a choice. Right now. This very moment. You can either. . .

stay on the couch watching TV losing the battle against the munchies. Continuing to eat when not hungry. Staying up too late, getting mad at your computer and having nothing to show for it except bags under your eyes and a stressful morning.

OOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRR

get up right now. Straighten up. Make lunches and prepare for tomorrow. Get on the PJ’s. Brush your teeth. Wash your face and curl up with a good book in bed. You can totally use the extra sleep and some time away from the computer would probably do you good.

You know what you need to do.

    Me too, getting off the couch, finishing my tea and laundry so I can pack for our weekend away or tomorrow will be a worse nightmare than it is already going to be!!

    i can totally relate to that self-talk. last night i won it half-way: i turned off the tv and went to bed at a decent hour.

  13. Saw your post over at A Merry Life! Really great! I was up before the crack of dawn & already got my workout in.. that is normal for me.. a 24 hr gym! :-) I hope people listen to your message!

    You can do it! I totally feel your pain…my 9-year-old niece brought me her homemade choc chip cookies tonight and so I had to eat them….didn’t have to eat 3 though. :O Take care!
