I’m having a pretty lazy night tonight. I’ve been sitting here with the laptop watching Biggest Loser and now Chopped while the husband reads me Freakonomics. Needless to say I’m not really focuses on anything very well. Although I did muster up enough energy to make a smoothie for a quick snack.
Anyway, I thought I’d post the two radio shows I was lucky enough to be apart of today. I had so much fun!
Other then that, I got nothing for ya tonight but my daily food journal. I’m starting to get back into a grove. I even rushed after work and squished in a yoga class before heading home. I’m hoping to make that a weekly ritual. :)
