i love brad raw chips. i know they are pricey but i love them. my stepdad, walter works with brad gruno and trust me… these chips may be expensive but the process is definitely worth the price. and i remember about 3 years ago we use to make these chips at home. everyone please go to their website and order a bag. i personally prefer cheddar or red bell pepper. thank you!

What a neat food find, I have not seen those. I’ve experimented making raw crackers before, and let me tell you, it takes some work and patience to soak the seeds/nuts (to activate the enzymes) and then dehydrate for many hours until crisp. So, I can see why the price is high (but that’s too high for me!). Dehydrated chips are exceptionally better for you since the enzymes are not deactivated by the heat of baking. Kudos for finding raw chips!

The Whole Foods near me (Vienna, VA) has these great, free “Cooking with Katie” classes. A chef/employee teaches us to cook something cool, and she always talks about the prices of ingredients and how to make an economical meal. Some classes are even devoted to affordability!

Those chips sound really good! I’m going to get myself some next time I head down to Whole Foods. Unfortunately, the closest one to me is over 45 minutes. I don’t know why they seem to think people in my state don’t need a Whole Foods…sigh…

I only venture into Whole Foods once in a blue moon (which means I went recently-LOL). I will have to check these out next time. I agree…pricey…but for a treat, sounds great!

Pop Chips are great! For those of you CA, they are also sold at Henry’s.
I am pretty sure that Trader Joe’s has their own version of Pop Chips too.
