Busy Bee

I’m a busy bee today. No time to socialize. :(

That was my DailyBooth photo today. I didn’t even have time to tweet. I’m super busy right now. Work is picking up. The conference is full steam ahead (only 58 days left!) It’s tax season (I don’t wait.) and I’m going to Wordcamp Boston this Friday.

I’m also trying to keep up with some kind of workout routine. I need it. For me. Tonight I went to yoga and it was the only hour I wasn’t doing something for someone or something else. I got to clear my head, take a breath and simply be.

Tomorrow I’m going to hit the gym at 5:30AM and then head right to work. I’m trying to get it in first thing as I don’t want to give up evening time with the family. Not to mention I lose all motivation once I get home.

So I better go. Call me crazy but I’ll be sleeping in my workout clothes. I want no excuses to bail when my alarm goes off. That reminds me I better pack my bag to. Ok, I’m out! :)

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Roni, just curious. On your intro you said you quit your real job (you know what I mean) and were doing the blog thing full time. Are you back to work work? Or are you back to work doing fulltime blog stuff? Just curious, I was so happy for you that you were able to make a living out of motivating all of us… hoping that it was working out, and that you are doing something you love. I have found SO MUCH motivation from your site… more than I’ve had in like, well, ever. Thank so much.

Roni, I work 2 jobs this time of year ( I work for a tax company in addition to my full time job) and even though I do not have children, I find it hard to get in everything I want to do. For the last two days, I have been getting up at 5 am to head to the gym. I don’t think you are crazy at all for getting up early. It is amazing how much exercising in the am energizes me for my day. And like you said, I don’t have to take time in the evening. The only downfall if there are not KettleBell classes at 5 am!

Sleeping in your work out clothes made me laugh out loud! It reminded me of a neighbor who use to have her son sleep in his school clothes for the next day so their mornings would go smoother. Hey, I say do what ever takes to stick to your routine.

Roni, I’ve read about you sleeping in your workout clothes and recently started doing it. My husband thinks it’s strange but if it wasn’t for your idea I would’ve backed out of a workout a handful of times.
    Keep the ideas comin’!

Really, the only thing that got me to the gym this morning was the prospect of watching a little TV while on the elliptical machine – whatever it takes to get there. :) If you are having a meetup in Boston let me know.
