I LOVE this photographic retrospective. I am looking at the items and thinking I might try a few sooner rather than later. Thanks for sharing in this way.

Two of my old stand-by’s didn’t make your list — pork and pepper stir fry — turkey/chicken soup with ww cous cous. I seriously make some combo of those meals at least once a month.

    Although, they’re all pretty tasty!

  7. I tried baking your banana oatmeal cupcakes. They are so delicious!!! I’m going to try more of your recipes soon.

Oh, I was totally going to say the broccoli salad, and then I went back and that was from 2008 – time flies! I can’t believe I haven’t tried more of these yet, but the Chocolate Ricotta rolls are on the menu for a little gathering tomorrow night.

  15. Elaine T says:

The Oat Cups are ALWAYS kept in my freezer for a quick pop in the microwave and the Porkchops and Mushroom Gravy is a husband favorite. Now I’m seeing other recipes that I somehow missed the first time around and need to give a try. Thanks so much Roni for all your inspiration! Happy & Healthy New Year to you and your family!!!

  18. Sarah says:

Roni – I am de-lurking to say how much I love your blogs. You motivate me everyday! Also, I’ve made your banana oatmeal cups twice now, and I wanted to share a secret – over-ripe bananas are KEY. The first time I made these the bananas were barely ripe, but this time I made myself hold off until they were very ripe. What a difference! Others may already know this, but I’m not a good cook so I thought I’d share! Thanks for all the tips and recipes – you rock!

  19. Jenna says:

My always standby breakfast is the applepie oatmeal. and I loved the corn bread topped chili!!
