I sit here in the biggest mess which extends to every single room in my house...and I have indulged and yes, my pants are tightening...BUT you are so right...who cares! Why would I worry...okay there is a little bit of worry but it is not consuming me and my holidays! Thank you for being so real because it makes me feel like the state of my house is more normal than I think! I was worrying about my lack of exercise and over eating and a friend put it in perspective and said, "a week or so of indulgence and lack of exercise will not see you gain all your weight back. You will get back in to routine." Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday and here is to a fantastic 2010 for us all! oh Roni thanks for this!
