Good job disconnecting for a few days. You needed this time with your family. . .

Now. . . STOP EATING! My word, you’ve been binging for 4 days now. And no, you aren’t exaggerating. Call it like it is, deal, and move on. You have a whole week off to get your life in order. Take advantage of it. Clean, organize and get planning on this week’s menu.

  4. I’ve also been eating little bits of sweets this week. It’s been fun. But I need to get things in order. All that sugar makes me feel weak.

    I feel you, Roni. I took most of last week “off” (my birthday, best freind’s Birthday, christmas eve and christmas UGH) and got back on track sort of over the last 2 days, now I need to get the nibbles back under control, ugh I want to do it BEFORE the new year or it feels like I let it go at the end of the year and I don’t want to do that. Today I plan to stick to my plan all day, even if it means throwing the candy etc that is still around in the trash! Cookies went yesterday.
