    yay for avoiding the all-or-nothing mindset. i made a batch of cookies today for a holiday party tomorrow and just had one this evening and it did the trick.

    I just need to update in my own comments and say…

    I dropped everything last night after I wrote that and went to bed at 9:30. Just got up after 9 hours of sleep and I feel. . . FANFREAKINTASTIC!

    Roni: I find it weird that when I’m tired, I think I’m hungry… or when I’m thirsty, I think I’m hungry. Or frustrated, hungry. Or upset, hungry. Bored, nervous, etc. Thanks for helping me to keep separated what is hungry and what is something else! Chris

    that is quite an accomplishment! what a concept – not eating food just because it is there. gasp! that means you had a normal relationship with food last night!!!! lol1!!!
