Note to Self. . .

You did it! You ate 2 slices of pizza (and 3 hot wings) without finishing the whole pie (or the wings) just because they were there! Even after a rough day!

Aaannnddd guess what!

2 slices was just enough. You were full and if you ate more then that you would just be eating for eating sake.

Pat yourself on the back.

yay for avoiding the all-or-nothing mindset. i made a batch of cookies today for a holiday party tomorrow and just had one this evening and it did the trick.

I just need to update in my own comments and say…

I dropped everything last night after I wrote that and went to bed at 9:30. Just got up after 9 hours of sleep and I feel. . . FANFREAKINTASTIC!

Roni: I find it weird that when I’m tired, I think I’m hungry… or when I’m thirsty, I think I’m hungry. Or frustrated, hungry. Or upset, hungry. Bored, nervous, etc. Thanks for helping me to keep separated what is hungry and what is something else! Chris

that is quite an accomplishment! what a concept – not eating food just because it is there. gasp! that means you had a normal relationship with food last night!!!! lol1!!!

Congrats!! I know how hard this is, hell I rarely ever eat till I am full when it comes to pizza amoung other things.
