    Roni,
I do that all the time. What WW has taught me is that I can argue with myself and win. You do it all the time, and you win everyday.

Days off are so critical, look what happens if you workout 7 days a week. Our minds need the same time off.

    Hi Roni,

Funny, this is exactly what I just told a friend. :)

    LOVE your websites.

Sometimes I feel guilty and worthless doing nothing for a night, and sometimes even an entire day, but if I reflect back on my week, I usually find my head spinning at all I’ve done and accomplished. I can only imagine you have plenty of accomplishments on your plate already, as well!

Without taking a day off from everything, I turn into this stress monster my boyfriend doesn’t enjoy very much, so it’s quite important to have my “Lauren time.” (aka watching HGTV while cuddling with my dog in bed!)
