		<description>Ugh, you think getting up a 1/2 hour to work out is tough... try getting up at 4am to work out! Yep, that&#039;s what I do - the night before I have to do that, I literally DON&#039;T sleep because when I &quot;wake up&quot; every hour I am constantly telling myself, ok, 5 hours until I have to get up.... and the count down begins!! Luckily, after that early-ass work out I feel WONDERFUL and can take on the day without any problems!!</description>

		<description>I Exercise because of the Challenge , knowing that if I don&#039;t I may become a huge and unhappy person and honestly I like other people would hate that for around 5 years know I have done research on weight loss and the most success stories come from the ones who can take over there mindset. 

I say this because your mind is what makes you get up in the morning and exercise, I love some of the reason they get up, in the end its all up to your mind if you can&#039;t control your mindset you will never control your life!!

		<description>I execercise to feel better.  However, I exercise at 5:00am because I have a god send for a running partner, my mother.  If it weren&#039;t for the quality mother/daughter time I seriously wouldn&#039;t get my butt out of bed. 

I realized in college I&#039;m simply not self motivated to rise at 4:30 but if someone is waiting on me - it makes all the difference in the world.  I formed a running group in college and now that I&#039;m all grown up, my Mom is my running group.  Funny huh? Gotta say I love it though!</description>

		<description>Because I feel better when I work out.  Starting the day off with physical activity is awesome for me.  Day just feels better and I feel like I accomplished something, even if nothing else got done that day.  The bonus is I love participating in triathlons and if I don&#039;t train, I won&#039;t perform my best.</description>

		<description>Why do I workout?  I workout so I can eat, plain and simple.  I like eating too much to not workout, because when I wasn&#039;t working out I was gaining weight faster then you could say McDonald&#039;s.  Now I workout and I can eat just about whatever I want and it&#039;s yummy!!

		<description>I think it started for me as a way to lose weight, I HATED it. I would do the minimum amount I could do to sweat and then would complain about being sore for 2 days. Then, sometime clicked and it became something I did for me. I enjoyed the time to myself, I enjoyed not having my cell phone with me (as a rule, I leave it at home and walk to my ammenity center) so I went to get away. Then, I discovered the running high (or at least, jog a lot/walk a little high) and it because a way to give me energy, make me feel great and give me &quot;my time&quot;. It&#039;s like the perfect trinity!</description>

		<description>I really love to pole dance as a hobby (for me and my hubby in my home... not for anyone else :P). I find that gives me a lot of motivation to exercise to lose a bit of weight (so I&#039;m lighter on the pole, less to hold), gain strentgh and just feel better! Pole dancing is so much fun, I really don&#039;t mind the less fun gym workouts because I&#039;m looking forward to when I get a moment to myself to dance.  I have to wake up an hour and half earlier to get it in before the kids wake up, but it makes me feel accomplished!
