Oops. It’s 1:10 and I’m still dithering (well, half-dithering, as I was doing my Sparkpeople tracking.
But yes, I need to quickie shower and sleep.

Ah, quit foolin’ yourself Ron. You and I BOTH know nothing gets done when you’re asleep. I mean, my next book isn’t going to write itself. We can sleep when we’re 80.

That made me LAUGH because I tell myself the same thing all the time! There are not enough hours in the day. I often wonder what the heck I did with all of my free time before I had children ;-)

LOL. umm ok…. sometimes we are our own best mother. Yep it’s time for me to tell myself to go to bed now.
If you asked me why I work out 20 years ago, I would have given you a very different answer, probably something very shallow like, I don’t want a fat butt. But now I do it as a preventative measure. As a 44 year old mother of two, I want to be there for my husband, children and someday, grandchildren. I also do it because I feel so amazing afterwards.
