What a great quote, thank you so much for sharing it! I didn’t really overdo it too badly on Halloween but today at work with all of the candy leftovers I went a bit crazy. Tomorrow is a new, healthy day, and I’m going to print out that quote and stick it all over the house!

Beautiful beautiful quote. And thank you. I needed this kind of reminder/reassurance. I overdid it too, but I had such a gloriously fun night that it’s silly to beat ourselves up over it! And we can always do something a little different tomorrow :)
