		<description>You do an amazing job of remembering how you &quot;used to&quot; think before you have completely changed your life.  That is not easy to do and lately I am finding it harder and harder to distinguish how I approached things when I started vs. how I do now.

Great job, fantastic video post and I hope you are feeling better soon.  I have one of those machines and it&#039;s called a &quot;TENS&quot; machine (if it&#039;s the same as mine).  Careful about using them for too long at a time though ;-)</description>

It a sign you&#039;re really uncovering something, and it means so much to you that you&#039;re able to share that. So DON&#039;T feel bad when you start getting a little emotional; it&#039;s such a great reminder that someone else has been through the painful emotions so many of us are dealing with at this very moment.</description>
