Yesterday I made Whole Wheat cous cous with salsa and black beans that took 10 minutes but gave me such a sense of accomplishment instead of going to Subway like I wanted to. Good for you for getting in the run. You've been "running" like crazy with your new house snd to actually run probably felt awesome. Good Job! Even that first simple meal at home after eating out constatly feels great.
