Note to Self. . .
September 21, 2009
Pat yourself on the back. You got up this morning. Made your favorite breakfast with the little guy. Got to work on time. Cooked dinner after coming home later then expected. Prepared lunches for you and the child. Finished putting together the rest of the furniture and even posted a quick idea on GreenLiteBites.
And look at this Food Journal! You are getting your grove back! Now, don’t forget about the challenge you started. You can totally pick up where you left off but not tonight. You need sleep!

I love your Notes to Self too. They are such a great reminder that we need to be kind to ourselves and give ourselves credit for all the things we do! I’m glad that you are getting your grove back… ;)
I saw pics of the house the other day but didn’t have a chance to comment then. It’s beautiful! Congrats! :)
Have a great day, Roni!

Yay for getting to cook in your new kitchen. Having too much on our life plate usually leads to the wrong thing on your actual plate. Good for you for insisting on quality today!

Congrats Roni…those are awesome accomplishments! I had to remind myself of that today too when I threw a quick recipe in the crockpot at lunch knowing Hunni and I wouldn’t be back until around 7 and we didn’t want to eat out again.
Now to find time to exercise…
