You AREN’T HUNGRY… you are just looking for a snack while watching TV. Yesterday it was the dreaded dorritos.. the day before the cinnamon fish. It’s not that you can’t have these things it’s just that you are only eating out of habit. Break the pattern. Eat when hungry not when bored/sad/happy/stressed/whatever. Let’s get back to the basics.
