I love to have things planned so I stay on plan. If I don't then there is usually a pizza ordered because I am not prepared!

seriously, Roni...I'd ask how you do it but you just told us ;)

if there is one motivation to not only lose this weight now, is that when later down the road I decide to have children, I can and still have all my habits in place!

it's obviously do-able!

That's funny, I was just reading Monica Seles' biography (the tennis player) and she talked about how important momentum was in her games. If she was winning, she had momentum on her side. If she wasn't winning, she had to have extra confidence to be on the winning side to gain momentum and win. If she didn't have confidence, she would fake it. And the matches where she couldn't fake it...well, didn't work out for her. :0)

I just want to commend you for getting out there and doing the runs! When I trained I was training with someone- so I sort of HAD to be there. I don't know if I could have woken up on my own and run like you do. And it seems that everyone that trains for a marathon gets off a little and may not complete some of the runs. It's okay. You'll still do it!

Anyway- I get up every morning at 5:30am to workout. And you know why? Cause I have 15 other people waiting on me! LOL I teach my bootcamp class so that I'll actually show up. I swear I'd never do it on my own. :) IT's the beauty of community!

Getting up early to run is always tough. But don't you feel SO great after it's over? It's 730am and you've already run 3 miles. It makes the day go faster for me, and I don't have the workout hanging over my head all day. It's great to get it out of the way.

The hard part is actually getting out of bed!
