Ok, seriously.. I had a BLAST. I talked too much and slept too little. I ate intuitively and sampled everything. It was a nice escape yet exhausting. It was a great 3 days.
I’m up too late, yet again! Tomorrow I’ll be running around beautiful Chicago as I attempt 12 miles. I gotsta go and get some sleep!

(I’m also laughing at your sidebar with “current weight” and “goal weight.” Story of my life. But as long as I’m staying close to goal most of the time, I feel like I’m doing okay. You look great! I admire your commitment to fitness. I’m starting to get back in shape after two years of stress and not enough exercise.
