		<description>Yes, you are so right. Sometimes we have to cut ourselves some slack, but it can be so hard to do... I just finished teaching for the quarter, and there were a couple insanely busy weeks, plus the toddler got sick several times. I just couldn&#039;t work out as much during those weeks. I was tempted to &quot;beat myself up&quot; and feel badly. But I stopped myself and focused on doing what was doable at the time. And when things got back to normal, I went back to my regular routine. 

Thanks for reminding us that things aren&#039;t always &quot;normal&quot; and that that&#039;s okay. I really enjoy your blog and your positive messages! I especially enjoy your video posts, but it always takes me forever to watch them as I need to find some &quot;toddler-free&quot; time...</description>

		<description>Pop Chips and salsa is a great snack! A whole bag of Pop Chips is only 2 pts. and salsa has negligible points! I like your apple/peanut better idea, too. I dip my apple slices in 2 Tbsp. Better&#039;n Peanut Butter for a 3 point snack!</description>

Now, all these years later, I still exercise every day that I can possibly fit it in. You are amazing with your commitment and motivation!</description>
