I think 4 miles is great with all you have going on! I LOVE Outback's salmon and its usually what I get too, along with veggies no butter. I only wish I could make salmon like that. Mine never taste as good! Thanks for the dessert tip. Had no idea but we are sure to use that and save some calories! Have a good night! (plus.. I didn't marry a "handy" guy. So houses that need some work aren't really an option for us. We'd spend more money on contractors!)
